THE ARROGANCE
The Arrogance was established by a small group of friends studying design at Loughborough University.
After working on various individual design projects for a number of local businesses they spotted the oppurtunity to come together.
Since it's introduction in September 2009 The Arrogance has become more than just the pack. The first Arrogance Music event was held just before Christmas (2009). The event showcased the local music talent and allowed the design team to show off some of their latest work.
Since then The Arrogance has merged with local events comapmy twenty4seven and now promotes events under the one umbrella. The Arrogance plans to continue to throw great events throughout the year and also have plans to launch a clothing range in early spring. The company has grown rapidly since launching back in 2009, and now carry out work for companies not only in Loughborough but all over the UK including, branding, marketing, webdesign and web based advertising; recently working with people such as - Nokia, Movember, Vodka Revoloution, and Pizza Hut.
With a little bit of experience under our belts things can only get better!
THE PACK
This is where is all started for The Arrogance and the packs remain an integral part of the comapny. The packs are issued at least once per term and are delivered to all university halls, private halls and all know student housing.
Inside the packs you'll find flyers, posters and artwork from an eclectic mix of 10-15 carefully selected independent shops, bars, events and art spaces. The majority of these flyers are designed by The Arrogance design team with the intent that they can be seen as artwork and something that you'd like to cover your walls with!
This pack is much more than just a collection of promotional papers but more a pack of collectables that students enjoy. The Arrogance prides itself on it's ability to stand out from the crowd with its main focus on benefiting the students.
And the best bit, it's completely free!
